I am not sure about Trollope nobody could but I am willing to give him a chance.It does show me that Tan looks after his staff when he thinks they are fair with him. He's taking a kicking already for appointing Trollope and Rowbury and not appointing Warnock or Pullis,as they wouldnt work with a man such as him.
