Tan is loving this imo.
He is probably cracking one off on his yatch as we all suffer.
He is extracting his revenge for us having the temerity to stand against the rebrand and support malky ( from getting the sack)
He will put this club back in something like the same condition it was in when he took over.
Looks whats happening to the team??
Former prem players being replaced by div 1 nobodies or players from some unkown team in belgium. I kid you not Tan will sell anybody worth any kind of money before weds if he can. To those who say its cost cutting to avoid falling foul of the fair play rules that is crap. He is making us suffer
You really beieve that do you?
He is a billionaire and what he gets for CCFC would be loose change. What he hates really hates is not being able to get his own way ans WE stopped hom doing that and he will extract his revenge and loose a bit of money he doesnt need or wont miss
This is the beginning of a very poignant point. The second tier of the English pyramid appears unviable at present.
The OP voices the opinion of many folks it seems. It's a pity they can't look past the emotion that blinds them and put a little mental effort into understanding that Tan has spent up to the limits that he's is allowed to. FFP is in it's infancy and CCFC happens to be in a situation where we are getting hit hard by it. We also have the situation where the parachute payments are running out and the budget must be reduced to avoid fines and potential point deductions.
After the transfer window closes it might be an idea for the club to communicate to the fan base properly and thoroughly explain the situation because it seems so many (Nathan Blake included) simply refuse to get their heads round it. That's what years of brain washing from the darkside will do to you I suppose.
It's overspending in the Tan era (and before) that has us in trouble. Certainly not austerity.
I also think the fans need to aim the blame at themselves. If Premier League bandwagon jumpers had stayed supporting the club, after the apparently all so critical R2B, we would be a PL/Championship yoyo club, quite comfortably.
The last time I looked, Vincent Tan wanted to be a big name in football ownership / finance.
If so, he wont wish to be seen to be someone with a backstory of being a tasteless, clueless moneybags who picked up a sad old carcass, put some thick red lipstick on it, paraded it around high society, f***ed it, fell out with it and then threw it back into the gutter.
He will (surely) wish to appear more honourable and classy within the world of football than that.
This.
Let's just hope blue in league 2 doesn't become a reality.
Last few days I've seen a I'd rather be rid of Tan and be in League 2 comment.
And unbelievably I hope we lose thousands of fans because Jon candy can't take photos. (photos will be missed no disrespect to Jon)
Funniest comment and of course biggest lie is by a ex fan who said he'd be back if Tan leaves but won't by a ST due to other interests. Even though he's on here constantly and again tonight unable to contain his delight.

Let's just hope he frees us soon eh? One thing for sure mind is he won't want to lose too much more face in the business/football world will he? He already has lost all credibility in the uk after what he did to our club. Having an owner ''like a Vincent tan type' is already used among many in the media when talking about clubs owners. The worse it gets for us, the worse his image gets......unless we find a decent owner I fully expect us in league 1 in a year or 2.
