The whole point of roundabouts is that you shouldn't stop. Used correctly they keep traffic moving not stop it.

So you're allowed to join the roundabout and drive in front of somebody causing them to brake

Indicators are becoming superfluous on cars. It won't be long before they are optional extras along with cruise control etc. One positive is that it could reduce the cost of buying a new car of course.
