Move someone uses the phrase "snowflake" in that context you know it's never worth engaging with them.
Knowing where that shop is, I'd bet good money on that being some slightly batty old dear on her way to the united reform church a couple of doors down.
Strange, the Daily Mail prints plenty that offends me on an almost daily basis, but they get all coy about using a word like "bollocks" .

The name of the shop is also offensive to "Gingers" and "Whites". No doubt further complaints will follow.
