RIP
Bloody hell, out of nowhere
"Do I not like that!"
Wonder if the Sun will give him a headline, other than calling him " turnip head" this time
Hounded by the press, read this on how it effected him
http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/f...y-1656599.html
Perhaps Trump has a point ??
RIP GT.
You always came across as a decent bloke.
Stiff of the day so far.
Famous people should have more consideration about popping off. I think they are self-centred just dying without any warning. If they instead would do the decent thing by arranging to endure a lingering death it would enable all us nobodies to mentally prepare for their passing.
The government could and should step in with respect to British celebrities through fining them for their selfishness by doubling the Inheritance Tax due on their estates.
Genuine football man, and one England manager that I did like. The press ripped him to shreds back in the day, but they do that to a lot of people.
Loved his documantary. Hilarious in parts.
Shame he didn't get to live longer, but there is no escaping when the grim reaper comes calling.
Watford fans will have fond memories of him..
At a time when you wonder about how honest many football managers are, I never for one moment thought Graham Taylor was up to no good - came across as a decent man, who, although his time at England wasn't a success, deserved better treatment from the press than he got.
RIP
If you examine his club management record he is a very stand out man , from his record breaking league win with Lincoln, under the old 2 points for a win era , onto unfashionable Watford and dragged them through all four divisors to the top level , onto Villa and pushed Liverpool for the old Division 1 title .
Took up the poison chalice of the England job, where no one wins
He even returned to both Villa and Watford and unlike many managers , made a success of those returns, truly remarkable manager ,up there with the very best .
RIP Graham Taylor
I'd rather see Graham Taylor still around and The Sun - not.
Respect to the man.
Decent bloke performed a miracle with Watford
Press portraying him now in different light than when he was England boss !
RIP top bloke
