    Footballers "guilty" in civil rape case.

    Plymouth Argyle striker David Goodwillie and David Robertson. I've never heard of someone being sued for rape, much less being found guilty. Guilty and innocent at the same time.

    Didn't this offence occur around the time that we were trying to sign him?

    In some cultures the woman would have been jailed/flogged for enticing him by here lewd behavior (Whether there was any or not)

    Insufficient evidence for a trial but enough evidence for them to be sued 100k.
    Wonder if this will become a "thing" for rape cases that don't make it to court.

    I was thinking the same thing, don't see no point in a victim taking a average bloke to court,apart from seeing him found guilty they won't be seeing any money.
