Kevin McNaughton
Peter Wittingham
Jason Perry
Damian Searle
David Marshall
Ron Healey

Peter King.
I'm sure you all have a view and an addition.
I guess you could talk about this kind of thing forever but I got to thinking of the 1960 Promotion season (I was 14) days when players, it seemed to me, had been with the club for much longer than a squad would be today. A quick look at the squad from that year bears out my impression. See below and bear in mind there were no substitute appearances at that time. If you're old enough, the names should be very familiar:-
Seasons Apps Born
Graham Vearncombe 52-64 241 Cardiff
Colin Baker 53-66 359 Cardiff
Danny Malloy 55-61 262 Scotland
Alec Milne 57-65 198 Scotland
Frank Rankmore 57-63 67 Cardiff
Ron Stitfall 47-63 452 Cardiff
Derek Sullivan 47-61 309 Newport
Alan Durban 59-63 52 Bridgend + 2yrs as manager
Steve Gammon 58-65 66 Swansea
Alan Harrington 51-66 405 Penarth
Barrie Hole 59-66 264 Swansea
Peter King 60-74 477 Worcester
Graham Moore 57-61 101 Hengoed
Brain Walsh 55-61 240 Aldershot
Derek Tapscott 58-65 234 Barry
Colin Hudson no information available - a particular crowd favourite - anyone help?
Tapscott is interesting, having scored 79 times for City in his 194 league appearances but before that a further 68 in 132 in five seasons with Arsenal.
Here is another example of commitment and loyalty not mentioned often. Richie Morgan - 60 odd games only in an 11 year career at Cardiff City as understudy to Don Murray and other centre halves. Not setting the world on fire as a player but sticking with us in a secondary role. Worth recognition I think.
Graham Kavanagh
Aron Gunnarsson? 6 years and 215 league apearances
Brian Clark ... more Bristol City through and through?
1960–1967 Bristol City 195 (83)
