    Men of Harlech and Jimbo

I noticed Jon posting on a separate thread that we were a very charitable lot on here,
seems like a good time to mention my charitable cycle coming up with the Cardiff City Foundation

I am going to cycle from Harlech to Cardiff with the foundation to raise money for underprivileged children and those that cant get easy access to sport in the Cardiff area.

The journey is 190 miles and involves some pretty hard cycling especially the first day or so up in North Wales.

My target has been set at £825 and I am just over half way there in the first week thanks to some very generous donations. If you think it is a good idea and would like to make a contribution of any amount I would be greatly appreciated.

The target is £825 for me , the ride is July 17th . At the moment I have raised 64% of my target in a week or so thanks to everyone's generosity .
The cause is allowing underprivileged kids and people with disabilities in Cardiff , access to sport through the Cardiff City Foundation .

Today I cycled just under 34 miles round the Gower , quite hilly but nothing compared to North Wales which will around 70 miles on the first days cycling . My legs have been killing me all day , so I need to up my training .
Thanks again to everyone who has made a donation . I genuinely appreciate every penny .
