heffield Wednesday defender Glenn Loovens is a doubt after being forced off in the win over Newcastle on Saturday.
Forward Fernando Forestieri (knee) could come into the starting XI but midfielder Sam Hutchinson (calf) is out.
Cardiff City defender Sol Bamba could miss the rest of the season with a groin injury.
Goalkeeper Allan McGregor (ankle) should be able to play.
