I beg to differ, thought Malone was poor for us but that may have been Slade's tactics. I prefer Bennett. Jazz is better at right back, his natural position.

He had potential, and to be far they spotted a lad who suited there attacking style ,we chose a more traditional full back approach.

He joined a long list of average left backs for us, many of his performances for were shocking, Shrewsbury an obvious example. Watched him this season in the cup against Spurs and he was the poorest defender on the pitch.

The reality of course is Fulham may well make the play offs in our league and Malone has made an admirable contribution to Fulhams success. Just take the blinkers off

And his Shrewsbury performance amongst others for us? I agree he plays a lot better for Fulham than he ever did for us. Perhaps that was down to Slade or the system. Very poor full back defensively, average wingback who Millwall were happy to see the back of along with Trollope who also didn't rate him but hayho Slade obviously thought the world of him.
