Tonight’s guests will get the chance to tick a piece of paper on their tables to vote for their choice.
First award to be presented is the Community Player of the Season.
.. and is winner is Kanisha Underdown of the Bluebirds’ ladies team.
Next award is the Young Player of the Season...
And the winner is... KENNETH ZOHORE.
Fans’ Man Of The Match award.
The player voted MOTM the most times this season...
And the winner is...
Aron Gunnarsson!
My favourite moment was probably the goal against Nottingham.
They normally end up in Row Z so it was nice to get on the scoresheet.
I’ll now look forward to going home and spending some time with the family over summer.
Aron Gunnarsson
Players' Player of the Season
and the winner is...ARON GUNNARSSON!
It’s a real honour, I thought it was going to go to Sol, but then he never really trains so...!
Cheers to the boys and like I said earlier it’s been a tough year. We started not so bright and it shows the character of the boys to get the results right.
Gunnarsson
Ian Fitzgerald
The late Ian Fitzgerald is honoured with the Special Recognition award.
Ian’s family business, Provincial Printing & Publishing have been producing the Cardiff City match-day programme and a number of other publications since December 1958.
The award is in tribute to him.
The winner of Cardiff City’s Goal of the Season is... KENNETH ZOHORE - for that magnificent strike against Preston North End.
Peter Whittingham is honoured with the Outstanding Contribution Award.
You obviously know I love this sort of thing...
But I just want to say it’s been an honour to represent the club I love for so long. It’s been a great accolade, thank you.
Peter Whittingham
The Player of the Season 2016/17
And the winner is... ARON GUNNARSSON!
’m not really good at speeches, I don’t really speak English to be fair!
It’s been an up and down season, coming from a summer when we beat England and starting awkwardly, ever since the gaffer came in we’ve been getting some good results and we’re trying to build for next season.
Every single player who’s staying is looking forward to next season and hopefully we can look forward to something great.
Aron Gunnarsson
Whitts' award seems a bit ominous.
Well done Gunnarson , I stuck by you in the tough times .
That Zohore goal is reminiscent of Original Ronaldo.
