What you see in the Tv might aswell be a different festival. There is so much more they should show but they don't or can't. Some if the best nights if my life spent in those fields. Little gateways leading to places and tents I didn't know existed and could never find again.
Didn't even go to the pyramid stage for a good few years....

Yeah got to do this one year. We camped at the 80's retro festival earlier this month. Loved it. Don't think the line up at Glastonbury is particularly good this year although looking forward to Clean Bandit whenever the Beeb get around to playing them.

I think The Bends, OK Computer and Kid A are amongst the best albums ever. They seem to have lost their way a bit since, obsessed with re-invention for its own sake. And like another poster says, it comes across as self indulgence. Ill enjoy the earlier tracks and tolerate the more recent stuff but they are sounding good

It's quite a feat to pull this stuff off live, Radiohead are excellent at what they do.

I think Greenwood has got very cinematic lately, and I also prefer their older stuff, but this concert sounds very good through my IEM's.

Like the goat says, it's not about the main stage. So much else to enjoy. Went twice early 90s and found the best times were away from the pyramid. I loved both, and pobols going this weekend will too, I have no doubt.

Seem that those who went years ago have become too posh to go now, I've never been, had tics 6 years back but couldn't make it.
