There is no cure. Diphenhydramine will help with symptoms.
I've seen people say that eating a spoonful a day of local honey can build up immunity to the local allergens and they become less-sensitive to it over time, not sure if there is any medical evidence to back that up but if it's worked for some people it's worth a go, it's good for you anyway so it can't do any harm, honey.
How does it feel when nature itself has decided that your very being is such an abomination that it has taken to literally attacking your senses in an attempt to bring you down?
Stuff a wad of cotton wool up each nostril.
Don't know if it works, I've never suffered.

I learnt in A-Level Biology that it's literally the opposite. Nature isn't doing any of this to slaughter humans.
Instead, your body is being such a spastic, that it assumes pollen in the air is a major threat to your body, and so ruins your respiratory system to stop this evil pollen from getting in. Same with any nonsensical allergies.
