Was told this afternoon that Fulham have activated Bennett's release clause, Warnock has confirmed the case post-game.

Was also told that Bennett isn't that keen, his wife is due to have a child and whilst having a conversation with Fulham, the club are hopeful he will stay. Potentially with a new contract.

His agent is however trying to put a deal together still.

Warnock has a replacement in mind and is having him watched again this weekend.
