Seen him twice in Cardiff City blue and I believe he will prove to be an inspired buy.
He has good ball control; an eye for a killer pass and puts himself around the pitch aggressively. I also noticed that he is savvy enough to sometimes do the unexpected. Could easily have scored a coupla goals on Saturday.
The only thing that may be holding him back is his fitness. My impression from Tuesday and Saturday is that he is not 100% match-fit.
Even did 'the Ayatollah' for the adoring Canton fans.

I thought he was class, I'm not sure his fitness is that bad he must have covered so much ground in the time he was on the pitch.
"Tomlin deserves a thread to HISSelf"
From here on in, he'll be known as "Snake Hips Tomlin"
He worked back a lot and chased defenders down. Looked useful on the ball too. I think he'll get better and play a key role for us.
He's explained this before - he's got low ribs!

Another football thread ruined.
I knew he was a classy player with the ball at his feet, didn't realise how much work he does off the ball though. Covered a lot of ground and closed down defenders well on Tuesday night. Think Warnock will soon have him in the best shape of his career too. The whole team is looking a lot fitter fair play!
The guy reminds me of Gavin Rae. Short chunky build.
