So 2 businesses making a deal cannot write their own contracts? It must be the only business in the world where a third party forces one on them. Crazy.
Why on earth would Derby let their own player turn out against them? You make it sound as if us and Derby could have a meeting before Saturday's match and draw up a contract saying that the offside rule won't apply in it.
A few years ago we had a loan player off a club, and they had one from us, I cannot remember who or when, but at that time both clubs agreed to let the players play against their parent club, but as stated earlier, don't think it allowed now.
