Hazardous on pavement and road. Awful conditions
Snowing. Hope they clear the roads
6.25am WHAT'S IT LIKE NOW ?
Sky don't often let games get cancelled.
-3 and snowing heavily by me (near Stourbridge). Roads don't look good. 😐
M42 on traffic cams looks really bad
Still snowing in Sheffield and it's deeper than with the last lot. Roads impassable, no buses, car buried on drive - but it looks as if the trains are running. So I'm putting the crampons on and walking to the station in a few minutes and just hope the trains still run and the match goes ahead. Good luck to all those travelling.
Latest update from Derby forum. Doesn’t seem too bad

Derby police confirm access to and from stadium is fine. From Twitter.
Funny how they differ. This one says no snow...

M42 passable. One or two lanes open. 50mph.
Game off
Ibet the game was postponed on purpose as roads are passible around the stadium
There was no attempt last night to clear the snow.
They have loads of players injured.
In the paper yesterday it said they only had 10 fit players
Agreed. Derby may well have more players fit by April 17th (rearranged match date, probably). The worst section of snow was in a band south of Birmingham along the M42 corridor but even that was clearing quickly in the tome it took to turn around at Hopwood services. Derby's argument was that staff couldn't get to work. They must have a lot of staff who live up in the Peak District where the minor roads have been bad. Still... night game coming up and, who knows, (whisper it).... could be our promotion match.
