A year ago the Yanks lobbed 59 missiles at a deserted airbase. Many of the missiles were shot down. Everyone happy. Don and Vlad might come to a similar arrangement this time too. Then again they may not. Is Vlad bluffing about sinking ships, etc, should a serious assault occur? I reckon he'd fold.
