That's because, personally, I'd prefer not to suffer abuse and lies from you about my wife's health and allegations you are making about me suggesting you being sectioned.

Typical Govt IT project gone a bit off track. Happened with the NHS infrastructure project under Labour (and later scaled back after going way way way over budget).

Mental Health project for the NHS in London was another one.

Universal credit - I think was Logica and Cap Gemini who were the main contractors. Not sure if penalty clauses have been applied - or more likely a client that didnt know what they wanted - or kept changing their reqs.

The intentions seem to have the right outcome in mind - ie benefits are scaled up / down dependent on circumstances - rather than on or off as was the case apparently.

How much was the contract worth ? how much has it cost ? , what key deliverables were met ? , what deadlines were missed ? , what contract penalty clauses were applied - if any ?
The audit office are the ones to ask or go buy a copy of the independent or and you'll like this , search Google

Obviously at the time you were confused about your wife as I distinctively remember you telling me , as for the sectioning it's as true as Cardiff city being in the premiership now piss off mark

Yes, easy mistake to make thinking my wife had cancer when she didn't!!

Now cough up the evidence regarding the use of the term sectioning.

You are quite obviously lying for whatever reason you see fit.

    Strange, strange man.

fFor every sad story you could find one where folk really will not work , but do work the system ,make themselves unemployable which spoils it for the genuine ones , I might be a frustrated leftie , but i'm not a stupid one , got a family of 3 in our road who have never worked and never will ,smoke dope all week , they have no illness ,just make themselves so unemployable its a gift ,probably costing the state 30k a year , thats 600k since I lived here , and I guess there maybe more out there so lets debate that as well as the poorly treated ones.

Have to agree with you see it all the time but if we can recognise it then why can’t the state

Probably costing the state 30 k a year is exactly the pluck a figure out of the air that means little

If they are smoking weed all day shop em to the old bill.......after all it's your money

The unemployed, the nation's least favourite benefit claimants, are getting it in the neck again. Once more, Blighty gives away, yes gifts, more than twice as much in foreign aid each year than what it pays in Jobseekers Allowance. The figures are £13.4 billion versus £4.9 billion.

So the fella has been found not fit to work but has to attend the Jobcentre to discuss ways he can return to work if and when is health improves. It seems to me that the state just wants to make the lives of people such as him as miserable as possible.
