It seems like we are watching a hugely polarising issue unravel here, but have we ever had such a detailed glimpse into how government institutions work in a democracy? I can't help thinking about all the public inquiries that end up going nowhere, so we may be witnessing some of the techniques that are used to shape events and avoid accountability. This is very good news, but also very bad news for democratic institutions world wide, as we get to have a little peek behind the curtain. Of course, it all depends on how blindly you follow your favourite new outlets, as they are complicit in the manufacturing of outcomes, with some playing bigger roles than others.

Peter Strzok - he's here, he's there, he's every f***ing where! Very likely the FBI changed the interview 302's, which means Flynn is going to walk and sue their sorry asses! The USA is a banana republic, and heaven help us if we operate in the similar fashion. It's unbelievable the number of layers they were hiding behind, the obfuscation and the sheer amount of trickery involved. What a mess, and the overwhelming majority are oblivious to everything that is going on. Well done CNN, Washington Post, New York Times, etc., for deceiving so many.
I'm looking forward the next OIG report which will deal with the Russia investigation and FISA abuse!

Peter Strzok Has Lost His Security Clearance, Says AG Jeff Sessions
"Strzok, who served as deputy chief of counterintelligence, was one of the top investigators on the Clinton probe and the investigation into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian government.
While on the investigations, Strzok and his mistress, an FBI lawyer named Lisa Page, exchanged numerous anti-Trump text messages.
Strzok was on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia team until July 2017, when the OIG discovered his exchanges with Page.
In one message on Aug. 8, 2016, Strzok wrote that “we’ll stop” Trump from becoming president.
