An incredibly brave young lady who is now facing the seemingly inevitable. Her tweets and braveness should act to make us value what we have, as sometimes we underestimate it. Rachael is a Creigiau girl who went on to make it big with the BBC, she should be an inspiration to us all and her young family as she faces her final battle.

A truly inspiring lady. ‘You, me and the Big C’ is a brilliant podcast.
BBC have just announced her death.
Incredibly sad.
What an inspirational lady though. RIP Rachael.
Sad news indeed.
RIP Rachael.
Hadn't been following her story until her announcement on Monday - since then I've learned what a brave lady she was.
RIP.
So sad, cancer is a ****.
RIP
If you are a young man under 50 suicide will get you before cancer does
Rest in peace young lady , only 40 ft sake
Very sad when anybody so young is taken away from her family and friends.
Very sad especially leaving behind a three year old son.
What a brave woman and family.
RIP.
This girl showed extreme bravery. RIP Rachael.
Yes. Weirdly as its my birthday today and I'm a bit older her than Racheal her death seems to have more significance. Obviously a fantastically brave lady, with a young kid who confronted her worst fears 'head on' and asking for no sympathy.
Firstly. Cancer is a ****ing ****. More money ploughed into trying to cure it the better.
Secondly, well played Racheal butt. Top bollocks, Top spirit and top ****ing person.
Sad thing is some wannabe twat on celebrity big brother will get more column inches than her in the press.
Bit tough listening to her BBC colleagues voices breaking, as they tried to speak about her today .
Bloody tradgic, what an inspiring person she was though.
Must be tough for the family .
I hate the bloody disease.
