I can't honestly say I saw it, so he is indeed innocent , it was like a scene from the flash , he scores , a flash of flesh ,then whoosh hes back in blue , no wonder the officials missed it ,they dont miss much usually ?

They *say* that Var will only be used for red cards, pens, goals, mistaken id - not for yellow card incidents.
