Normally plays centre back (another one!) but has played defensive midfield before. Big price tag too. Hmmmm!

Broken into the Scotland side, can play and is pretty quick. Only 22 as well, this is very un-Warnock like but I'd be happy with this. Wouldn't mind his compatriot, Scott McKenna while we're in Scotland. And David Turnbull's move to Celtic has collapsed...

Turnbull out of action for aome time, going under the knife.

I find it hard to judge Scottish players as the level is so bad, you see lots of players go up there and look like superstars when I'm reality they are very average

He's good on Football Manager, for what it's worth....

I wonder if we’re the only Souttar?

No wonder his Norwich move lapsed, don't we usually sign them injured ??

Now Nelson has been confirmed, surely we'll only move for Souttar if Morrison/Manga goes?

Undoubtedly, with Manga, Morrison, Bamba and Nelson plus is Connolly still knocking about? No chance we're going out and spending money on another centre half.

I think we're one of those clubs that get linked with every half decent player in Scotland to raise the price before they inevitably join the Old Firm...

Paterson was a decent signing from Hearts.
Looked on their MB and their fans rate Souttar

I’m not a big fan of Scottish football, but John McGinn went to Villa last season from Hibs, and was one of their best players in their promotion success.

As well as the centre backs mentioned, we also have Ciaron Brown who has looked decent for the U23's and played for Livingstone on loan last season.

I was surprised we didn't go in for McGinn when we were after a central midfielder.
