I wouldn’t expect Glatzl to start. He’s only just arrived. Will probably be 1 of Ward, Bogle and Madine IMHO

Someone said Glatzel is banned as he was sent off for his previous team at the end of last season. Is this correct

Oh god, football is back already? Can't we just enjoy the summer instead? I'll give it a miss until the ashes is finished

Wigan have been fairly busy with transfers in:

    Dujon Sterling (Chelsea)

    Jamal Lowe (Portsmouth)

    Joe Williams (Everton)

    Lewis Macleod (Free)

    Antonee Robinson (Everton)

    David Marshall (Free)

Jonas Olsson (Free - was on short term deal from WBA)

They have also lost players like Nick Powell, Will Grigg, Shaun McDonald, Callum McManaman and James Vauhan.

Hopefully we'll show Lowe what he could have won.

I hope to be walking ay from the DW with three points and a season of mostly cheer, unlike last season when it was hard work losing week in week out

That won't necessarily be a good thing for Wigan if they're all in the team tomorrow. If my many years of playing Football Manager have taught me one thing, it's that bunging a load of new signings in together and expect them to play fluidly usually ends in disaster.
