wont be surprised if we draw this
Fail to win tomorrow and Giggs has to walk. They won't sack him, but he should go himself.
We'll win this easily by 3 or 4.
Bale's back!! And Dan James!
If we can't beat Azerbaijan Home and Away we've got no chance.
I'm sure we'll win tonight.
Got James, Wilson and Bale all in goalscoring form. Should be more than enough for a good result.
If those are the results the table would look like this going into the last 4 matches:
1. Croatia 10
2. Hungary 10
3. Slovakia 8
4. Wales 6
5. Azerbaijan 0
However, if Croatia win their two matches and Slovakia beat Hungary away it looks more likely for us to qualify as I think we will win every game apart from Croatia home:
1. Croatia 12
2. Hungary 9
3. Slovakia 9
4. Wales 6
5. Azerbaijan 0
Anyone know how many sold for tonight?
Despite the last two games I'm hugely looking forward to this tonight. With James, Bale & Wilson on form at home against the weakest team in the group we have to be optimistic... right?
I'd forgotten how compressed the end of this campaign is too. Hopefully Rambo is getting close to fit now but it's a shame Brooks it out until October time. Would think the Slovakia and Croatia games will be too early for him.
If Slovakia lose to both Hungary and Croatia in this international break, that'll be us pretty much out of it in my opinion
Hungary - 12pts
Croatia - 12pts
Slovakia - 6pts
Wales - 6pts (Hopefully)
This scenario (Which isn't exactly unlikely) would see us needing to beat Slovakia away or Croatia at home to even get 2nd, as well as beating Hungary and Azerbaijan, I can't really see us doing that
If we get past Azerbiajan tonight then that sets up a huge October international break for us, and I can't see us grinding out the results
The translation is 'the best play is team play'. I guess our #strongertogether derives from it.
Wales U21 are 1-0 up at HT v Belgium U21.
