I've voted to stay until the end of the season, as he deserves time. If, come Christmas, we're 10/12 plus points off the play offs, then it makes sense to replace him if we're going for a more "progressive" style of play. If it's going to be Blackwell, then we might as well wait until the summer as it would be a like for like, that's not as good.

He's said he's leaving at the end of the season. What's the point in him continuing for the sake of it? He's said as much himself.

It will probably be Bamba assisted by Blackwell if Warnock does decide to step down before the end of the season. There is absolutely no indication that we've got his successor lined up.

The word was they'd start looking for his successor about Christmas time. It's only the beginning of October.
