The groups are structured based on the Nations League and means there will be a group of four teams where one will definitely qualify from Georgia, North Macedonia, Kosovo or Belarus.
It looks like the higher placed team will play the semi final leg at home. The final venue will be decided by a draw.
All the teams will be known by tomorrow night.
The draw for the full set of fixtures for all semi finals will be made on Friday and the venue for each final will be drawn as well.
One other thing already known is that Scotland have a home semi final play off in the group they are in. Norway entertain Serbia in that group.
