Last season seemed to be defined by not having a striker and valiant defeatism. This season started out as going down a blind alley but with a change of management there are signs of encouragement.

Around this time of year last season we'd just won 4 out of 5 at home, 3 of them after being behind, 2 of them late on. That was a brilliant run and as fun as it got.

This season's not been as fun as that for me so far even with the numerous late winners.
