Unlimited subs is a farce and the other rules just aren't needed. You've got the best game in the world, stop messing with it.
the 30 minute "ball in play" halves would mean that most of not all Cardiff games would have more actual football played and it would cut out a lot of the timewasting

Professional football at the highest levels is predominately a sport for the media. That's where the money comes from, the actual 'crowd' in attendance are just a studio audience akin to Strictly - just adding a bit of atmosphere. If the changes were to bring in even more money, then it'll happen, no doubt..

not keen on unlimited subs, as it'll benefit the best tes more.

don't mind kick ins instead of throw ins but only in your own half.

the 30 minute ball in play I quite like, the only downside is if they start sneaking in tv ads to the stoppages

Never really been fussed on them. Got one catchy song.

No worries, as the football associations of England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales permanently control changes in the global rules of the game, and those paragons of common sense would never authorise anything silly. Would they?

always seems ridiculous to me that Wales has more of a say in the laws of the game than Italy or Brazil

I heard this a few years ago. The clock would stop at any stop in play. apparently it allows for more play time overall but it would also lead to an annoying countdown at the end of every game

I don't think that would be annoying - it would just be a hooter like in rugby league wouldn't it?

Probably be a section of annoying fans that do the count down from 10 every game.

Is that more or less annoying than fans whistling from the 90th minute onwards to try to get the ref to blow up in games their team is clinging on?

About opinions I suppose, the whistling kind of gets mixed into the crowd noise. I'd say a few thousand annoying idiots doing a NYE style countdown would be annoying yes, others may disagree.

I don't recall hearing that at the rugby

Conners mentioned it, if you read back.
