I'm looking for a garage or lock up in the Cardiff / Penarth area.

Does anyone have any idea where to start ?

I may also need a mechanic who's into motor sport

There is a block of garages in the triangle formed by Shirley Road and Ninian Road (Penylan), that are available to hire. I can't recall the name of the firm that lets them out, but if you drive down there (through the lanes), there is a phone number on the gate. I think that they are on Facebook under "Storage lock-up garages to rent in Cardiff", but if that isn't the Shirley Rd owners, at least you have another lead. There are also a couple of small independent garages (ie. they fix cars) located in the Shirley/Ninian triangle, but I don't think any of them are linked to motor sport.

The only garage I can think of in Cardiff with links to motor sport is DuCroq-Slip Motors, based in Pontcanna. However they deal mainly in classic vehicles, so might not be what you're looking for.
