Probably because Southampton just sacked him and a lot of people have no love for previous employers, but you knew that.

This. They’ve gone from a club I admired to hoping they get relegated.

The guy who replaced Jones won his first game and they gave him the job until the end of the season, wonder if they’ll stick to that now?

Do Chelsea batter anyone these days? Their demise is one of the best things about this season, feel sorry for Potter though.

Liverpool's demise is even better. Sadly, Ten Haag has dragged Man Utd up by their bootstraps. Fingers crossed Everton go down this season. Always good to see one or more of the Billy Big Bollux clubs struggle in the prem.

Southampton has a club have been shit for years.
    I'm glad they are struggling.
Their fans turned on Nathan Jones from the start because they thought they were above the likes of him

    Trivia , worth a visit :

The club was formed in 1878 after a meeting held at the Wellington Arms public house in Freeman Street. Several attendees included members of the local Worsley Cricket Club who wanted to form a football club to occupy the empty winter evenings after the cricket season had finished.

One of their greatest goalscoring hero's was no less than the mighty Omar Bogle ( 32 in 68 games )

    70 per cent of the UK's fish-processing

Grimsby featured in the infamous 1086 Doomsday Book and was listed as having 200 inhabitants

Grimsby are the first side in FA Cup history to eliminate five teams from a higher division than them in a single campaign from the First Round onwards. And a first Quarter Final since 1939.

I had a good laugh to my mates about this. Texted them "I thought it was all Jones' fault. Soton sacked Hasenhuttl in the bottom 3 as well, were crap long before Jones got the job.
