Agree. He is the one player who always looks forward when he gets the ball and trys to be positive. He is much better playing further forward and is not a number 10 type. He should benefit from playing with Diedhiou and with Ramsey back in as well. For some reason he became a target for the ‘boo boys’, when other players like Bowler, Meite and Siopis were given easy rides, when they were contributing even less in our recent poor run.
Agree, he’s never a 10 and doesn’t seem to fit how Bulut wants his wide players or lone striker to play either. Square peg round hole under this manager, it happens.
