Is one of our problems that Bulut is searching for the right answer, makes changes every game, but players don't get to form partnerships? That's not a criticism of Bulut, when the temptation, when things aren't working well, is to change things.
Back in the days of Dave Jones, we had a far smaller squad than we do nowadays, players had to get on with it and they learned together. When results don't go well nowadays, it's chop and change, searching for the answer and nobody learns how to play with others.

Agree wholeheartedly, I've been thinking the same since maybe Oct / Nov; injuries haven't helped either but you can't expect people to understand each other when you're unlikely to be alongside them in the next game.
I think the manager, too, is conscious that he's not certain to be here beyond this season and players will sense that as well which isn't helpful. The sooner that's cleared up the better.
Bulut's main problem is that there's no tactics. On Saturday, we had both full backs and both wingers coming inside. How the bloody hell is that going to work? Also, considering we had all 11 players in the middle, it is equally impressive that Etete and Diedhou were isolated. The team is a complete mess.
Genuinely I don't know what the plan is, or what they're trying to do? We play out from the back, and then invariably lump it forward as nobody is in any space, there's no movement and nobody is up the pitch. Our best bet is a ball for Grant to chase. Ramsey will improve things but Bulut shouldn't have to have a player of Ramsey's quality to get some sort of style of play down.
For some perspective, Mark Hudson was in charge of 17 league games as manager. He got 18 points. In our last 17 games, we've got 20 points.
