I think Born Guessing will just ignore any findings if he can.
But, the problem he has is that he only won because of the union vote (the one he used to represent) the Labour AMs voted for Miles. So for Lee Waters to stand up in the Senedd and say he should pay it back - the knives are out for him.

The standard of politicians at the Senedd is pretty poor, either incompetent, corrupt or sometimes both.

Not helped by a Welsh speaking lobbying firm that seems to enable all these dodgy deals.
