Right... so having bigged Tomlin up as his number one targetted signing, Warnock is deliberately and cynically not playing him. FAce facts, he can't play 90 minutes and at this point of the season, it's a disgrace.

Play for 90 minutes? He won’t even give him 15 away from home. Pathetic.

Swear we were in Bolton’s position and they were in ours with that set up.

And again, Warnock has continually bigged up Tomlin's ability.

So why do you genuinely think he's not being picked? Fitness or Warnock being negative? Common sense suggests the former is far more likely given Warnock has repeatedly mentioned it.

He should have a least come on sooner. Before our ridiculous "set piece" would have been nice.

We actually passed it around a bit after he came on. We didn't really do enough to get anything from that game. Having said that neither did they. The ref made some terrible mistakes. One that sticks out for me is the ball rolling by Hoilett's feet on the edge of their area as he's obviously being held back. The penalty was soft too. Bamba wins the header and gets no advantage as the ball ricochets off his arm.

Nonsense. He’s fit enough to get more minutes at home. Its tactical, and judging by our last 2 away performances, the wrong tactics.

We were playing Bolton away, not Wolves, or Derby.

    Have to agree with that.

Not playing your biggest signing is just weird. And pretty stupid if you can’t get him match fit.

Tomlin seems like a huge waste of money if he can only play for short periods unlike normal professional footballers.

Anyway, forget today. And move on.

You'd have figured the professional footballer would have taken responsibility for his fitness rather than repeating the same old problems seven years later.

Your obsession with Tomlin is almost as at the same level as your obsession with Tan

Tomlin subbed fifteen minutes after coming on.

That's Bolton and Birmingham who have beaten us now and I don't think we had a shot on target in either game. I know this is supposed to be the league where anyone can beat anyone, but, if anyone can explain how we can have such a good record against the top sides and yet fail so miserably against teams at the bottom, they are a better man, or woman, than me.

The only positive from today is it proves we need strengthening

Couldn’t beat Reading either. Perhaps we are giving the lower position teams too much respect.

What are you all moaning about?

    We had 51% possession.

As Jursset has explained - that is what the game is all about. Much better than all those other games where we had 40% and won!

Anyone know why Tomlin was subbed off? Injured I assume if he’d only been on the pitch for 15 mins :-(

Whereas your obsession with blaming Warnock for Tomlin's lack of game time is baffling in the extreme. Despite all evidence to the contrary, you're determined to absolve Tomlin of any responsibility.

My "obsession" with Tomlin is that he's got great talent, fits the spot we need as a creative number 10 but simply isn't professional enough for the light to go off in his head that he needs to sort his fitness out. That is stopping him playing more for us, that's something that has hampered and will continue to hamper his career.

If he woke up, he'd realise this is probably his last chance of really doing something at the higher levels. He's got a manager that most players love due to bringing the best out of them and being honest. If he can't realise the opportunity he's got here, then seriously what's the point of him even being here? What would players with a fraction of his talent but the desire and heart think?

We need players back from injury and fit for depth / rotation.

Think it also shows we're missing Bryson more than most realise.
