Absolutely. That will be the big test. I have no doubt that Warnock will put together a team that will challenge and may well go up again. But the job of finding a successor (and how/when that person is brought into the club) and the other big ticket items on the 'to do' list - scouting, recruitment, Academy, forward planning, Board expertise/capacity.... etc will be what decides the success or failure for the club over the next 5 - 10 years.
