Sounded like they really hate us
There was no performance, Barnsley were playing for their lives and we couldn't cope with that for 50 minutes. The positive i'm taking away from the game(apart from the three points and a clean sheet) is that we realised that in order to win the game we had to outwork them, compete for everything, even if it was shit. Some fantastic character shown out there in the second half, nothing wrong with that in my opinion. Well done to the boys.
Awful game but kind of expected that. Barnsley better than I thought but you can see why they are going down as little in the final third.
3 points is 3 points now Saturday is a must not lose.

Total Warnock football. Couldn't string a pass together but worked hard and muscled a goal out of nothing.
Barnsley played a high line in midfield and it worked, negated our wing backs as well. we didn't have any time on the ball whatsoever. It was always going to be a long ball that got the goal for us.
I think that Barnsley deserve a bit of credit for their work rate and tactics. They played pretty well, nothing up front though.
really disappointing that we weren't able to get a hold of the ball at all, after we looked so comfortable on the ball on Sunday.

Very difficult under the circumstances in my opinion. Barnsley are relegated after that loss, they gave it everything. Although i do get what you're saying.

It was last chance saloon for them, playing a team at home who are having a dreadful season as well. All in all a tremendous three points.....it doesn’t matter, sometimes, how you get them, it’s how the table is looking at this present moment that counts, it’s everything in our present predicament.

We never seem to play well at Barnsley, but we do get results. Under Warnock I think we won with a 95th minute Callum Paterson slide tackle
