Can't say that I was very encouraged. Newcastle were poor but we never really looked like scoring.
Camarasa is getting good ratings but I thought he gave away/lost the ball too often.
Is Etheridge getting such high ratings just for saving an awful penalty? He had little else to do.
I thought Murphy and Arter were good.

So that means he should, effectively, be penalised for them? Etheridge was an obvious man of the match for me.

Lack of precision at dead ball situations and with the final ball means I can't mark our attacking players higher than that.

I was surprised at how ineffective Hoilett was. Am I right in thinking he's better on the left-hand side of the attack as a rule? Etheridge was excellent. He's improved significantly from this time last year. Arter will no doubt be a very useful addition to the side. Camarasa was OK but seemed to struggle with the pace of the game a little. Murphy looks an exciting talent, but Zohore was really poor throughout.
