Warnock wanted to stay. The club wanted him to stay. Most of the fans wanted him to stay. Result = he stayed!
Let's hope the club gets a good plan together this season for when Warnock retires.

Absolutely. That will be the big test. I have no doubt that Warnock will put together a team that will challenge and may well go up again. But the job of finding a successor (and how/when that person is brought into the club) and the other big ticket items on the 'to do' list - scouting, recruitment, Academy, forward planning, Board expertise/capacity.... etc will be what decides the success or failure for the club over the next 5 - 10 years. So far Warnock and the Board have said the right things. I just hope they are able to do the right things too.

I would like to see the new man come in before end of January 2020.
A new manager would need 3 months with the squad before any summer business.
OK he would have to play number 2 to Warnock for 3 months but I am sure the right person would show patience
