more to the point it lags 2 -3 weeks behind so it doesn't apply to since they relaxed things anyway. The new one of Friday might, just!!

In my opinion, a national R rate is not a great method of recording what is happening. It needs to be at a more regional level.

But it is only one of the measures used to decide policy, albeit an important one (Allegedly).
