Highlight the url on the youtube page; press ctrl&c to copy it.
Come back to this mb;
click on the 'film' icon (second right above the quick reply text box))
Press ctrl&v to paste the url into the dialogue box, click ok.
Then type anything extra in the text box (or not) then click 'post quick reply'

Simples.
