Ralls has been like a rabbit caught in the Premier League headlights since the beginning of the season, he's way out of his depth. It's not about the penalty miss, he's been simply awful this season. Warnock HAS to be lining up someone to replace Ralls, he runs around chasing shadows and never takes up a good position to make himself available.
I'd assume Joe is still the designated penalty taker
