That was a boxing gym wasn't it? run by Jack Chambers. The gym in the central boys club when I went there was over 40 years ago.

Myself and Doris use this Gym, it's £17.95 per month, it's O.K IMO, decent equipment and enough of it.

Yep pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

That was the best bit about it.

10 minutes in the gym - give up - over an hour in those three.

I used to use the easygym in Fulham as it was such a low price. First alarm bells was I noticed was the medical waste bin they had in the changing rooms - full of used hyperdermic needles

Hate to state the obvious, but if your intending using the gym more than once a week and your on a budget then it seems paying the £35 and staying local is about the best bet. Travel to Cardiff or wherever will soon use up the extra £15 or so you save on membership.

For personal trainer, Ian Grey , he's based in London and he's Ronnie O'Sullivans trainer.
I bought The online package for a year, about £30. he gave me excersises to do out of hotel rooms, (cos I work away),
He keeps in touch all the time , gave me a detailed plan of healthier options when working away and living off takeaways.

Sends you loads of stuff to keep checking and measuring your weight and muscles etc.
    He's really good.
I found him cos I follow all the snooker players on Twitter.

If you cancel your Sky Sports and watch the games of your choice there its a saving .

Drinking ,swimming and footying, perfect training .

There are quite a few gyms in the church village are and on the way to trefforest trading estate that are cheap, the one in crown hill is £20 month if your over 40 or 25 if younger, you also have one to one on the trading estate, which is not a bad price. There is also one at bottom of power station hill behind the Indian and garage. Also there is one on the way to llanhran. Hope this helps

Stick the gym up ur arse , full of posers

Buy some cheap dumbells , do squats , press ups and do plenty of walking

    And get into karate etc

    Gyms are cack

I can do my workout in half and hour and still have time to crack one off before a quick shower
