    There’s a lot going on in Swansea at the moment - redevelopment of the High Street, SA1, etcetc.

    It was falling apart but progress is being made.

    Pity about the population. That will never develop.

    Good to know about the redevelopment.
    All joking and jibes about the place aside, I was genuinely shocked when I had reason to visit a few months ago.
    So run down and so widespread the decay.

    I was in Swansea recently for a debating competition and I couldn't believe how run down it was
