I was looking forward to betting the farm on super City finishing in the top half of the Championship table at odds of around 11-10. But in spite of being 14th in the title odds they are a measly 10-11, and far more importantly I'm so underwhelmed by comings and goings thus far that I wouldn't risk so much as 50 quid on the club achieving that modest target. Bring back St. Peter and feck Halford off to Blackburn.
