A decent, well fitted pair of jeans with waist-coat and jacket, open neck shirt together with a decent pair of brown brogues is a great look for the more mature gentleman, for work or casually, in my opinion.

Youre never too old for jeans. They are a staple item in any mans wardrobe.

What are your thoughts on a cravat paired with a fedora at a jaunty angle?

Not a good look in my opinion. But you go for it! If you fancy it.

I don’t look good in hats. Some might say I don’t look good in anything.

Last time I wore a waistcoat was at my wedding. Horrible things.

I have the same issue with cummerbunds.

Well it has been said that waistcoats can be beneficial for the, shall we say, more generously proportioned man about town.

I'm lucky enough to have the Alan Partridge tie and blazer badge set and it's a very classy look.

Born in the 80s grew up in the fabulous 90s. Nothing wrong with a waist coat but not with jean. Jeans jumper/shirt or t-shirt with boots/trainers if really casual
