    I was going to suggest reversing sensors, but then I read Nugent's post. I won't bother now.

    (I'm surprised Mrs Steve R hasn't come in to suggest a different type of oil!)

    I suggest coconut oil for everything but nobody listens to me.

    What are you taking it for? I just got some organic cacao powder from Aldi, I'm going to make some energy bars, I live on the stuff.

    Because it may have health benefits, but mainly because it can be used to bring an interesting taste to dishes.
    Made a stir fry with it this very evening. Delicious.
    Stirred a little into some 'Jamaican rice and pea' the other evening.
    Not eating loads of it.
