Mellowed? **** me. My missus says to me sometimes that i can go from 0 to 100 in seconds when i'm on one or in a bad mood, she has a point. I reckon that you 'idle' at around 75 Fair play to you though, your football stuff is always worth a read, your put downs can be funny and you can take it as well as give it.
