Its cringeworthy , that chancellor is an intelligent bloke but hes also made himself look like an idiot defending cummings , as for hancock jesus wept

Intelligent bloke based on what? That he can string a sentence together and gives away billions on furlough? (which will have to be paid back by us minions) ?
