    Even if a cup is half full of water, the other half is full of air, so its always full.

    That reminds me of an old Construction manager I knew describing engineers:

    A pessimist will say the glass is half empty
    An optimist will say the glass is half full
    An engineer will say the glass is the wrong size!!

    No - re-USEable glass better than recycling
